Getting started
Create an account with your email and run through the short onboarding — Welldr can build your starting stack from a photo of your shelf, from a connected source, or by browsing. Then open the app to your daily protocol: calories, your stack, and what to take next.
Logging meals
Add a meal by photo and Welldr returns its calories and macros, or enter it yourself. Your protein, carbs, fat and calorie totals fill in across the day. Meal photos are used only to compute nutrition and aren't kept.
Your stack
Add supplements with their dose and schedule, then mark them taken to track adherence. Tap any supplement to open its reference entry — what it does, how to dose it, and the evidence.
Recovery & connections
Connect Whoop or Apple Health to see your recovery score, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. Welldr reads these only with your permission and never writes data back; disconnect at any time in settings.
Premium
Welldr Premium (€9 / month, cancel anytime) unlocks synergies, brand intelligence and personalized stack recommendations. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Delete your account & data
You can remove everything yourself, at any time:
- Open Welldr and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and data from our servers — your profile, your stack and adherence history, your meals and nutrition, your recovery data and saved recommendations.
Can't get into the App? Email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
Your data & privacy
